The Platform as an Entity is defined and categorized as a cloud native orchestration of discrete components providing storage, compute and processing at Big Data scale together with services, integrations, applications, APIs, models and deployment engines etc.

These features are either offered out of the box or enables the user to engineer bespoke development, orchestration and deployment.  Some of these services are offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) based licensing while others are provided as Data Platform as a Service (DPaaS).

The Actors of the Platform Entity are members of the Bristlecone Labs Team and their primary role is to design, build, maintain and enable Enterprises to build and consume services on the Platform.
