Platform Admin can login using SSO (Single Sign On)


After successful login, the user will be redirected to NEO® Marketplace landing page


Marketplace Apps

Platform Admin will be able to view the available Marketplace Apps as shown below. The available apps are shown as tiles with Application Name and Application Version.


Installed Apps

Platform Admin will be able to view the Installed Apps by selecting the tenant from Select Tenant drop down list

Install Apps

Platform Admin will be able to install apps from available Marketplace Apps by clicking the install icon as shown below

Select the region to deploy from the drop-down list

To confirm an app installation, click on Yes button to continue

An installation initiation message will display as “App Installation initiated”

After some time, the app will be listed inside Installed Apps section as shown below

Upgrade Apps

Platform Admin can upgrade app if there is any update available. Update of an app can be identified by the Upgrade icon in the installed app name.

Click on the Upgrade icon as shown below

Select the available updated version and region to deploy from the drop-down list

Click on Upgrade button to install the updates

Uninstall App from Tenant

Platform Admin can uninstall an app from the installed tenant apps by clicking on Delete icon as shown below

Now click on Yes button to confirm the deletion

A confirmation delete message will be shown after successful deletion

Note : Once the app is deleted, it will be listed under available Marketplace apps for that tenant

Uninstall App from Marketplace

Platform Admin can uninstall an app from the Marketplace by clicking on Delete icon from Marketplace listing apps

Note: Once app got deleted from Marketplace

  • The app gets uninstalled from any of the tenants it is deployed
  • All the associate artifacts including all the packages from all the published versions of it gets deleted

Click on Yes button to confirm the deletion

Logout

Platform Admin can logout from NEO® MarketPlace by Clicking on profile icon and the clicking on Logout button

Click on Logout button again to confirm sign out from the application
