This feature enables a Provider Application Developer to deploy application/s in the Bristlecone NEO® Platform


Following are the steps to deploy the application

Step 1 : Click on Deploy App as shown below



The App [Application] created will be in “Not deployed” status by default

Note : Click on APP [Application ] name to see that APP [Application] URL does not work before APP deployment




Step 2 : Click on Deploy button as shown below



Step 3 :Post clicking ,enter the version number of the APP [ Application ] as shown below



Building a dist [distribution] file for deploying the application


Following are the steps to build a dist [distribution] file :


i : Run ng build --prod in the inside the neo-app-sdk folder as shown below







ii : A dist folder is created inside the APP SDK folder as shown below




iii : Post creation of the folder , zip the folder as shown below




iv : Post compression , the zipped folder is as shown below




Step 4 : Select file to upload and click on Deploy to deploy the App [ Application ] as shown below

Note :Files must be zipped prior to Upload [ only .zip format is supported]


Post Deployment , App [Application] appears in the Deploy App dashboard as shown below  


This color indicates that the App [Application]is in Not Deployed status

This color indicates that the App [Application]is In Progress status


This color indicates that the App [Application]is in Deployed status


Post deployment , the status of the APP [ Application ] is as shown below

Note: Initially, the APP [ Application ] takes approximately 20 – 25 mins to transit from In Progress to Deployed Status

Note: Post first deployment , it takes less than a minute or two to redeploy the APP [ Application ]



Note:In few cases , the APP [ Application ] might be in In Progress state post 20 min . In such cases , refresh the status use Refresh icon as shown below



Post Deployment, click on the APP [Application] ID as shown below to launch the APP [Application] URL as shown below


The APP [Application] deployed points to the APP URL declared during Create APP [Application] stage of deployment as shown below


APP [ Application ] Redeployment

Post Deployment , APP [ Application ] can be redeployed .


Click on Deploy to redeploy the APP [ Application ]


Enter the version number and select file to upload . [ Similar to the first deployment ]

Note 1: During Redeployment a check box is seen in the pop-up screen using which the user can erase previous deployment files and redeploy as shown below

Note 2 : User can also retain the files of previous deployment ,unchecking the option as shown below


Post redeployment , click on the APP [Application] name to launch the redeployed APP [ Application ] using the APP [ Application ] URL as shown below


Redeployed APP [ Application ] deployed over the APP [ Application URL ]
